Depending on how I instal modules into python I get different owner and group settings. Basically either I am the owner with the group being admin or root is the owner with admin group again. What is "correct" ideally. I as because I am working on a project to package some python modules into a installer/dmg and what to make sure they get installed with the right owner and group set.
