Hi, I wanted to let the list know that I am using pythonOCC on my Intel Macbook minus the wxGtk display. I was able to use the instructions on the wiki to get Opencascade and pythonOCC installed fine. I am able to use the libraries to create solids and output STEP files for viewing in Viacad2d3d (in demo mode). So, I think it's a partial success. It's kind of funny, I had these things installed on the Macbook last time we had a thread going on the mac subject and didn't realize at the time that I could actually use the software :) So, I'm using pythonOCC on Mac OS X and my ubuntu8.04 machine. My plan is to learn as much as I can about Opencascade through pythonOCC. Thanks for all the work setting this stuff up- it's amazing.
Thanks, Dan P.S. I thought I had sent this to the list earlier, but it didn't make it through. Hopefully this isn't a duplicate on the list. _______________________________________________ Pythonocc-users mailing list Pythonocc-users@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/pythonocc-users
