Ah, this is due to the fact that 0.3 has a dependency of GEOM: http://occ.borland.googlepages.com/opencascadeborlandbdsport Thanks to the excellent work of Fotios. We renamed the GEOM module -> SGEOM such to avoid naming clashes with the vanilla OCC API, which has a Geom module. This works on *nix systems, but not on win32, which is why we renamed.
