It looks like a conflict between python2.6 and MSVC9 math headers.

No. The SWIG .i files does not depend on the version or python nor MSVC. It
only depends on the platform on which they are generated (Windows/Linux).

This step should be automated by the scripts I developed.

At the end of the process, you can diff your .i files with mines. You'll see
they're exactly the same.

The problem may come from a missing or broken preprocessor #define.
