Dear all,

Few weeks ago, there was a mail exchange dealing with the
topology/geometry/FEM(mesh+solve) framework, with some key sentences like
"The idea is to integrate the topology/geometry/FEM(mesh+solve) set in a
knowledge based framework. meshing/solving will be part of an optimization
loop leading to the optimal geometry, according to a set of
parameters/rules/relations." :-)

I wanted to know if there was some discussion thread about it somewhere?

I am getting some knowledge in Code_Aster, and this may be of help for such
a project (I can for instance work on some example models if that can be of
use).
Also, concerning topology optimisation, you may have learn about the
Ogaca<http://code.google.com/p/ogaca/>project, which is based on
python and Code_Aster and may offer some tracks.

Regards,

Pierre
