Hi, I'm new at ipython and am a little confused at the tutorial wording: "The best way to get all the power of PAF is certainly to use the ipython console. When your PAF script is ready (let’s name it test_paf.py’), then just: ipython -wthread test_paf.py"
And then the tutorial mentions step one "initialization of the framework" and has lines formatted with a box around them, which probably means code lines to put together in the script called test_paf.py referred to above.
