Since the OCCT Team released the maintenance version 6.4.1 for
customers only, I hoped that the version 6.4 become public.
But where is it ?

I do have the same information than all of us here: latest official
news from OCC team is the 'Happy New Year' post
(http://www.opencascade.org/org/forum/thread_19639/) announcing the
7.0 release for mid-february (the 'next major public release').
Just 7 days left before mid-february.
