Hi Sebastien, Sorry for the delay of my answer, I missed your post. I'm sure it would be doable, although I wonder about the benefit for the user. A set of CAD functions available from Excel? It confuses me!
I worked with the Windows XP/COM technology a while ago, to access Catia V5 from python scripts. Don't know if COM is still supported in Win7.
