I have been happily using pyOCC on my Windows7 desktop and had no idea how
difficult it was going to be to install it on the MacBook Pro. Holy smokes!
I’ve been working on this for days and still haven’t got it. I am using python
2.7.5. I have been able to install most of the required s/w using the
configure/make/install compilation process. I am following the instructions
posted at https://github.com/tpaviot/pythonocc/blob/master/INSTALL and am not
able to get all the way through it. I installed cmake from a .dmg file but the
install didn’t go to completion. the cmake-gui command doesn’t work but the
cmake command launches the gui. When I launch the cmake gui, it asks me where
the OCE include and lib directories are. I installed OCE but have no idea where
these directories are. any advice?
