I use Debian 6, not Debian 7.  I successfully installed pythonocc0.6 alpha 
about a year ago.  If I recall correctly, you must make sure to install the 
exact occe version pythonocc was made to work with.  Therefore, I doubt the 
default liboce in Debian 7 will be the right package.  For example, the 
current version of pythonocc at https://github.com/tpaviot/pythonocc requires 
occe 0.12, while Debian 7 supplies occe 0.9.  I would guess that's your 
problem, but can't be certain.

If I were to install straight, I'd first try Marko's Debian directions for 
Kubos (which must first install pythonocc) at 
http://sourceforge.net/p/kubos/wiki/Installation/.  That would allow compiled 
binaries without the hassle of compiling.  However, I haven't tried it myself 
and can't vouch for it.
