Dear Michaƫl, So far, there's not any pythonocc specific training material available. The only way for you to get familiar with it is to learn from the examples. I agree it's not the best way, but I had no time to produce any material (such an effort is a huge task), and I never planned any training session (don't know if there's a need for that).
The OpenCascade company provides dedicated trainings/elearnings ( http://www.opencascade.org/support/training/). I guess it's the best solution for you to become proficient with the OCCT data model/code structure. Then the path to pythonocc will just be so easy.
