My test ran pretty well: 1.- Remove all pytrainer stuff. 2.- Download 1.7.1 tarball from SourceForge 3.- Install 1.7.1 tarball 4.- Use a clean user (no ~/.pytrainer directory) to import activities 5.- Activities imported using Garmintools plugin (18 activities, too lazy to do it one by one) 6.- Access activity details (I got a fatal error when trying to access embedded map to see tracks, already expected because of xulrunner version) 7.- Upgrade to 1.9.0 (see some logging attached) 8.- Check activity details. Lap info is there and accesible, I can see embedded maps (both OSM and Google). Click, click, click... done! So everything looks pretty well. Thanks again Nathan for your great work on upgrade process. My idea for next steps is trying to find out what is happening with Arnd's installation, review CHANGES file (mainly to make dependencies distribution agnostic for better understanding) and we are done to release 1.9.0 if anybody complains. Regards, David
