Hi David, OK. I don't know about the fuzzy entries but the references to the "build" directory must be from translator.sh. Is there anything you can do when creating the *.po files so that they keep the sorting order? Else it's quite hard to "vimdiff" them (yes, I use vim to edit the po files).
