Your stack trace is incomplete but I'm assuming it's the same one as described at https://github.com/pytrainer/pytrainer/issues/31. At a glance, it looks like Pytrainer may not be compatible with the version of the SQLAlchemy Migrate library packaged with Ubuntu 13.10 (this has happened before - see http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/pytrainer/ticket/153).
