Uhmmm... as far as I understand, this piece of code patches installed
sqlalchemy-migrate but NOT pytrainer.

It seems Fedora maintainers have taken care of mentioned issue (see
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/python-migrate.git/) as well as
Debian ones (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=715374), so I would
rely on them and watch when official patched version comes to your
distribution.
