I accidentally uploaded a package version that was dropping the
dependency, mistakenly thinking it would be enough, but my tests were
too lazy and it happens that pytrainer really depends on
python-webkit. Some code rewrite is needed, asdly, and upstream hadn't
time or motivation to fix this.

So, I just reuploaded a package that re-introduces the dependency,
sorry for this.
