Also please post the output of testlibusb-win.exe. Are you using the filter driver or the device driver? Take note we only recommend the use of filter driver for development, not deploying to the end user. Please try the device driver first and confirm that it works. In that case, maybe the filter driver is the problem. We would still like to fix it.
