I can confirm that Wireshark is very useful for USB debugging. Since you (Marcos) are using Ubuntu, I would like to mention that the Ubuntu wireshark and libpcap packages are a bit outdated. Those on Ubuntu 10.04 can install the libpcap0.8 packages from 10.10 ("Maverick" on this page: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libpcap). For updated wireshark packages, there are unofficial sources like Jelmer Vernooij's daily builds at https://launchpad.net/~jelmer/+archive/daily and I also have one for 10.04 in my PPA at https://launchpad.net/~tormodvolden/+archive/ppa which works fine. OTOH, the newest wireshark in "Natty" (11.04) has so many new dependencies that I think it will be difficult to install it on 10.04 or 10.10.
