No concern. libusb-win32 version 1.2.6.0 is the latest version of
libusb-win32 release, but the dll is still called libusb0.dll since
it is compatible with libusb-0.1 API.

libusb-1.0 (or the libusbx fork) has Windows support as well
and the dll is named libusb-1.0.dll.
