The question is whether we need such a complex `title()` method. Adding brackets could be done from the outside for example (although in my patch it's not possible with fake interwiki). Regarding to my patch another question is whether `title()` (or its replacement) should allow fake interwiki links anyway. I'd prefer something like “//Edited "Foobar" on test:test//” instead of “//Edited "test:test:Foobar"//” and then the most common use case for those fake prefixes is gone (if there other reasons please let me know).
