TASK DESCRIPTION People with access to the wikimedia/pywikibot-core github account are not able to access the Travis-CI configuration for this project. @legoktm and I have both tried. This might be because the Github settings for the Travis-CI app (https://github.com/wikimedia/pywikibot-core/settings/hooks/1182058) list @JeroenDeDauw as the username.
