TASK DESCRIPTION
There are two parts to this problem: For one when we modify the
user-config.py or create the password file it does not escape single quotes
which will create a password file like this:
('username', 'foo'bar')
On the other hand it seems that Travis itself does not support single quotes
in the environment variables without you preventing this:
