Per previous comment, the code already does most of what was requested. as an aside, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot/Installation has been cleaned up a lot. I am not sure that adding URL 'http://docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/' to the error message is better than telling people to use `pip install requests` or `pip install -r requirements.txt`. So I am tempted to close this as Declined or Invalid, but open to suggestions/opinons.
