TASK DESCRIPTION Should pywikibot allow anonymous edits? As it isnt possible for a single user to edit-conflict themselves, the only way to build a test case for this is if we allowed anon-edits. It might be useful to create a special unsupported mode that allows anon-edits, which we gradually develop and test in the test suite until we're comfortable that it is stable. Before building anon-edit support, we would need to fix the remaining test suite problems that appear when it logs out and logs back in. (the dreaded `login_tests` patch).
