The only real difference I see in the two API calls is the value of the "text"
parameter:
Successful: `text=foo%0Ablah`
Failed: `text=foo%0A%7B%7B%23office%3A%7D%7D`
(The parser function is `{{#office:}}` which returns a string based on some
database queries, wiki user preferences, and URL query parameteres.)
