Nemo_bis added a comment. Done. I was confused by the removal of the https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/patch-for-review/ project in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T94683#1669937. We should probably document that it's especially important to keep the project when a patch was abandoned, as the tag is the only way to know there is something left lingering which can be built upon.
