TASK DESCRIPTION The module `pywikibot.diff` doesnt have a test module `tests/diff_tests.py`. Some very basic tests should be created to start the test module. See documentation in `tests/README.rst`. Then it is easier to add new tests when bugs are being fixed (e.g. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T130572) and enhancements are added.
