TASK DESCRIPTION In https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/274448/ sparql support was added to pywikibot. For the normal api we have logic that retries if an (recoverable) error is encountered. So for example if your network connection is down or the service temporary unavailable, the bot will back off, wait and retry. Same logic should be implemented for the sparql part.
