TASK DESCRIPTION
Pywikibot would like to support pypy. It would be useful to have the jenkins
jobs automatically reject any changes that include syntax errors detected by
pyflakes on pypy .
Currently the `tox-jessie` job skips pypy testing with
ERROR: InterpreterNotFound: pypy
