TASK DESCRIPTION
replicate_wiki has a sample command line
python pwb.py replicate_wiki [-r] -ns 10 -f wikipedia -o nl li fy
but -f option (for family file) is not implemented. Currently the
config.family is used.
Either the documentation must be changed or the family option should be
implemented
