**Steps to reproduce**
# Run `python pwb.py category move "category1" "category2"`
# Bot moves category page to a new name
# Bot sometimes adds **CFD** template to page "category1"
**Expected behavior:**
Bot should always add **CFD** template when renaming a category.
**Incorrect behavior**
The template to mark page for deletionCFR template is transcluadded only in cca 1 of 5 cases. I can't figure what is the key. It seems like transcludbot is doing itthis randomly. I thought it is caused by links to the categorycategory from other pages, but it isn't. Looks like broken behavior.
