This is affecting people at the #WikiConferenceIndia. Tuesday doesn't help them.
Yes, it looks like there is a fix coming.But it is probably worth adding a logFeatureUsage to MediaWiki, as it takes a while for all bots to be updated to the latest code after we merge it, and push out a new release of 2.0.
1.28.0-wmf.13 is the current version. The original patch was reverted until Tuesday (when 1.28.0-wmf.14 deployment begins). action="" should be working.
