[Pywikipedia-bugs] [Maniphest] [Lowered Priority] T126278: Deprecated argument decorators should add deprecation notices to docstrings

Sn1per lowered the priority of this task from "Low" to "Lowest".
Sn1per added a comment.

So I did some digging and I haven't found any docstrings so far that contain deprecated arguments. Would it still be wise to have this mechanism in as a safety net?
