Another problem is the default edit summary is "Bot: images for elimination", however that is not the correct process for files in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UnusedFiles , as many are tagged with {{historical}}
Also, https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:GALILEOArchitecture.sxd&action=""> even has
{{not orphan|[[:Image:GALILEOArchitecture.png]]}}which unusedfiles does not respect.
