TASK DESCRIPTION

Since T78276 is fixed the decorator may be omitted.

The test is successful:

C:\pwb\GIT\core>pwb.py tests/site_tests -v TestSiteGenerators.test_allpages_lang
links_enabled
tests: max_retries reduced from 25 to 1
test_allpages_langlinks_enabled (__main__.TestSiteGenerators) ... ok
