These two tests have been added already with this decorator (see: cc6d7b4b).
I believe the reason that they are failing occasionally is that during test somebody else is editing mainpage or templates used on it. There is simmiliar issue (T92856). I will try to build some decorator for tests that will check revisions of all used content from site at the beginning and at the end of test and will re-run it if they will be different.
