TASK DESCRIPTION
The test suite may be used with unittest, nose or pytest or any other advanced test runner.
If pytest is used, pytest-httpbin should also be used.
i.e. the http_tests should be enhanced so that they can either use pytest-httpbin, or will use http://httpbin.org/ when the test runner nose is used.
