Hi,
I've noticed that Category.py adds a blank line below defaultsort (and cosmetic_changes it removes). See https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Majel_Barrettov%C3%A1&curid=507610&diff=14555774&oldid=14439652 as an example. As cosmetic changes (kosmetické změny) aren't in the summary they can't be the cause.

Please fix it.
