TASK DESCRIPTION

Calling the script the first time:

$ python generate_user_files.py -lang:en -family:wikipedia
You can abort at any time by pressing ctrl-c
Automatically generating user-config.py
'C:\...\pywikibot-core\user-config.py' written.

Calling it the second time:

$ python generate_user_files.py -lang:en -family:wikipedia
You can abort at any time by pressing ctrl-c
Automatically generating user-config.py

The script should inform the user why it has aborted the process and ideally show the path of the config file found.
