TASK DESCRIPTION

Adding 'mul' pseudo language to wikisource_family leads to multiple matches in family_testy.py (Test each family builds a working regex.), see here.

The constructor of wikisource_family.Family adds it because 'mul' is a redirect to the main site wikisource.org.
Therefore we must not add it by the mainenance script.
