Adding support for importing labels

Reason:
After testing it for a while, I decided:

  1. it is quite dangerous (having different names in wiki than the claims) and most be more semi-automatic than automatic
  2. It is too hard to handle multivalue
  3. It is better to have such functionality written directly in JS for better UI and target more general audiance.

A replacement script, in JS and with a dedicated SPARQL query for it, can be found here:
