Some use cases that are not covered by multiple fixes:
- The replacement depends on other parts of the same text.
- The replacement depends on length of the page (or number of sections) – yes, there is a talk, that a certain replacement should be done on small pages only (https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Kocsmafal_(egy%C3%A9b)/Arch%C3%ADv208#Halmozott_hivatkoz.C3.A1sok_elt.C3.A1vol.C3.ADt.C3.A1sa)
- I want some special logging, derived from pages and modifications
