CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
Add in commons_link script to if in article have template Sister project links and on other language name (**Steps to reproduce**
Run `python pwb.py commons_link pages -lang:sr` on pages containing `Други пројекти` (//Sister project links//, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5830969) and in this template have link on commons, not add, or if have, but no on page, add there link.template
**Expected behavior**
Bot should recognize //Sister project links// template and add a link to Commons inside instead of adding //Commons// template or should not do anything if the template contains link to Commons
**Current behavior**
//Sister project links// template is completely ignored and //Commons// template is added inserting a duplicate information into the page
