A bit strange: Previously the description was README.rst in the main folder which has been changed to pypi_description.py because that README.rst displayed a wrong content at pypi. There is another README.rst in pywikibot folder. Seems such file is expected in case of installing from pypi. But no idea why this should be needed for installing.
