CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

Add more filters to category.py in order to operate only with a part of category content using pagegenerator filters. Few examples (not working yet):

  - `category remove "maincat" -cat:"subcat"`

  - `category move -from:oldcat -to:newcat -ns:4`

  - `category tidy -from:oldcat -to:newcat -ns:14`
