Well, it can be a part of page header or it can be unsigned thread. There could be a parameter like `-allow-unsigned`. If parameter is used, bot can archive unsigned thread(s) by a timestamp of thread underneath.

I think there is currently no chance to archive unsigned threads automatically by pywikibot.
