Found that adding wikimania2018 to wikimediachapter_family.py and adding the relevant headers to user-config.py it works. So maybe the easiest way to do this is to rename wikimediachapter_family.py to wikimedia_family.py then add wikimania2018 to the list of "languages".

Create a wikimania_family.py with the same content as wikimediachapters_family.py but adding in the languages the editions of the wikimania sites. Probably a list of closed ones should be added as we do on wikipedia_family.py?
