No, I think cswiki should follow the default behaviour.

This is not easy as due to T57040 many archive pages are edited, but per cswiki's rules they should not be. The easiest way would be to introduce (only for cswiki) a check for transcluded nobots template.

By the way there are no transcluded templates of "nobots" except "bots" which is also a default template, see https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:Co_odkazuje_na/%C5%A0ablona:Nobots&hidelinks=1&hidetrans=1

I removed them today from many templates like "This page is an archive" with "this is not supported by pywikibot" summary.
