As I understand I think this can easily solved by the archiveheader parameter of the bot’s template which should be change to the needed talk page header or (which is much more simple) to include the noindex tag into the corresponding talkarchive template where {{talkarchive}} is the default content of the archiveheader parameter which is placed on every new archive talk page.
