There are several main parts of #pywikibot framework:

- main framework
- pywikibot scripts
- #pywikibot-tests
- #pywikibot-docs
- #pywikibot-i18n

For all of these we have got some kind of Phabricator project, but for the main framework, we use two projects, which are kind of duplicate.
